Our Dome What a wonderful view we have here of the Holidome. We will be having our welcome reception here and I'm sure that the Star Squad will spend lots of time in and near the pool. Perhaps Phran can even find a outlet and make marquartias!
Our Meeting Space This huge meeting hall is the largest meeting and Banquet room in the City of Dayton. We'll only fill about half of it, but we have lots of room to grow. The hall can handle 1,000 guests at one sitting. We'll be using this for some meals, and dividing it up into seminar rooms as needed.
Our Board Room For some of us, convention is not all play and here is a view of the meeting room where the board will gather to knock out another year's worth of AYA business. Board meeting is Monday morning and is open to the general membership (observation only).
